How far in advance do I need to place an order?

We typically recommend placing your order 4-5 Months prior to the wedding date! This allows us to ensure the designs are complete and reserved well in advance for your special day. We will not accept orders within 3 months of the event.

You will receive your order 7-10 days prior to the day of your wedding date.This ensures you that the quality & longevity of our products remain true prior to the wedding date, and for many months to come.

Will my flowers be in great condition on my wedding day?

Absolutely. Our preserved flowers are crafted to look & feel brand new on your wedding day. We recommend keeping your bouquet in an upright position (preferably in a vase – without water) until the day of the event.

Each bouquet will come with a small tag attached demonstrating care instructions. For example: No Water Required, Avoid Direct Sunlight & Excessive Humidity. Keep Indoors.

Is the delivery included in the pricing?

No. An additional $100.00 is applied if delivery is preferred. The $100.00 delivery fee is waived if Customer Pick-Up is preferred.

How far do you deliver?

We offer delivery within the Austin, Texas area. Please email events@florkeeps.com for any additional questions/special requests.

Can I edit or customize my bouquet?

No. All of our bouquets are exclusively designed seasonally to ensure quality control and consistent customer satisfaction.

How large are the bouquets?

Our bouquets are subject to sizing between 20 cm - 25 cm x 36cm (tall) in diameter.

What if my products arrive damaged?

If the Product arrives damaged (”Damaged Product”), Flor Keeps will provide a replacement product if the original (damaged) product is returned by you and received by Flor Keeps OR a photograph showing damage is received by Flor Keeps within 3 days of original shipment date. Provided that Flor Keeps confirms that your Product was a Damaged Product and was returned in accordance with this Agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy is that we will send a replacement Product. In the event that Flor Keeps is unable to provide a replacement Product or if replacement is not requested by Customer, Company may at its sole discretion elect to refund the credit card, debit card, or other payment method used for purchase in the original amount of the purchase. If a replacement Product is issued, we cannot guarantee that the replacement Product will contain exactly the contents or will have the same theme as the originally provided Product.

Can I return my bouquet?

Yes. The customer has 3 business days to return the product for a full refund. If it is a defective product, please email events@florkeeps.com
